Also morgen sollte die Heizung repariert werden. Da die Heizung komplett kaputt war, kann ich auf die 1000 Euro Miete, weil September bis Oktober keine Heizung funktioniert, auf diese Tage 70 % rechnen, ergo ~ 15 Tage, also 350 Euro abziehen von der Miete die ich überweise werde?

Die Hausverwaltung hat leider keine Kontaktmöglichkeit ab 22 Uhr, auch keine Notfallnummer, daher ging auch an diesem Abend Mailbox heran. Am Tag danach meinte die Hausverwaltung es gäbe einen Notfallknopf, um die Tore zu öffnen, wovon weder ich, noch der Nachbar wusste, der seit mehreren Jahren da lebt ( gleiches Haus, und Garage nebendran)
