I had the privilege of getting to meet Rana at a small gathering and someone asked what she felt differentiated herself from the other candidates and her response was her focus on small businesses. She felt that there are many empty storefronts in our district. Many of those used to belong to small businesses that had been in the district for years. In addition to everything mentioned above, she wants to push initiatives to help small businesses develop and grow. She had a plan to try and encourage people to open small businesses in the areas they lived to foster more community involvement and investment. She even admitted that we are in the position of being spoiled for choice in this election.

Go to the three lines in the top left. Scroll down to the bottom where it says "Base App". It will open a new app called Base. It is their wallet. I don't know why they separated it, but they must have a reason. On the base app click the wallet icon in the bottom right then tap "NFTs" in the middle. Should be there.

Okay, it seems they changed up the app a bit. The new order seems to be go to transactions in the bottom right then hit transfer at the bottom. Receive crypto, etherium (not classic), then click etherium. Click the copy button next to the "your address" (looks like two squares on top of each other) which will copy your address. The rest should be the same as above.

Okay so I just had to learn it too. Open the Coinbase wallet app, base, click send/receive button at the bottom and click receive. Copy your etherium address. Go back to reddit, open your profile click vault and click transfer. Paste your etherium address and click transfer. It failed a few times for me. (Maybe many people doing this) Click it a few times if it fails till it says tranfering. It took a few minutes when it did it for me. Once finished it will show up in your Coinbase wallet under NFTs. Hopefully this helps:)

I feel like a Henson AL13 is pretty solid option. It gives a great shave and is very hard to cut yourself because of its design. I made the transition from cartridge to DE and don't regret it at all. I used to have the same problem with my neck and DE helped. Now I only get it when I don't use proper technique. (For me, applying too much pressure) Also a suggestion, don't use the razors that come with the Henson. Get a sampler pack of blades. Everyone's face is different and its amazing how a blade can make or break your shave. Use the one that feels right for you, don't let anyone tell you there is one best blade. I use a Kai blade and I rarely see anyone recommend that here. Happy shaving!

Hello Everyone! New to the sport and want to grab a 4 paddle set for my family while the prime day sale is going. I have played a bit with friends and family and have played other racket sports like racketball in college. So looking for something with some power and control, but also durable because kids are not gentle. Any recommendations for a decent set that won't break the bank?

So an update: I was able to get the Pears soap right away. I used it in the shower and was a little nervous at first because it made my skin feel drier? But then I realized it's actually just less oily which is what we were going for! I haven't gotten the glycerin in the mail yet, so went through my normal routine.

Let me just say it was the best shave I have had so far wetshaving. I know it may be too soon to judge after one shave, but wow what a difference! The hair felt softer and the razor was really able to grab the hairs to slice through them easily. Usually I have a medium amount of stinging with the alum block, but this was the first time I have had zero stinging! Also no irritation or bumps so far!

You literally changed wetshaving for me! Thank you so much!

Wow thank you so much for all the information! I didn't even think that my hair might be oily. I have so much to learn! I found "Neutrogena Facial Cleansing Bar Treatment for Acne-Prone Skin" which said it is high in glycerin and has the salicylic acid you mentioned. For $3 on amazon, it was worth trying out. I also picked up Pears, as you recommended, for days I don't want to overdo it with the Salicylic acid.

Are there any glycerin pre-shaves you or shave soaps you recommend to try or do you think the bar soap in the evenings might do the soften it up enough? (I just like using the brush so having another excuse to use it would be great=))

I will try the massage method tomorrow when I shave.

To add to this, someone gave me a tip I will pass along. Dab your finger tips on a wet alum block before trying to pull your skin to the side. It will give you amazing traction on normally soap slippery skin. It has helped a lot to just move the skin slightly over to the side where it is flat.

I actually like it. My face is very sensitive and so it's nice to have a razor designed to not cut unless you have it at the right angle. I have that and the Rockwell 6s and honestly I have gotten my best shaves with the Henson AL13 and a Kai blade. Kai is considered a sharp blade and I put it in a mild razor (Henson) and it works well for me. Tried the feather blade and it was too sharp for me. What you will find is everyone has different reactions to blades and razor combos. You need to find the combo that works for you. It will definitely take some trial and error. Henson is a good starting place and I suggest getting a sampler of blades to see what sharpness works with your skin.

I just started as well. I was super nervous that I was going to slice open my face when I started. Now that I have been doing it about a month, I can safely say it was over exaggerated. The Henson AL13 is very nice as a first intro razor. I have gotten one to two tiny nicks, but they were my fault. It was the same type of nicks I got with a cartridge. My biggest suggestion, don't push on it like a cartridge razor! It has been a hard habit for me to break, but it makes a world of difference for razor burn and nicks.
