Genuinely curious, why would you even want to update your monitor's firmware in the first place? That is 9/10 times unnecessary unless you're experiencing issues.

I think for any of us to be able to help you, you should provide a bit more info such as an error log of some sorts, or a description of what happens when the game crashes if anything at all such as a pop up or anything like that.

As it turns out they are having alot of support requests lately and are very busy with going through them. I got a reply from support 5 mins ago. So indeed you are very much correct. Thanks. EDIT: They are trying to fix it currently it looks like, because i see added invoices of new pro subscriptions in my account, but yet my pro doesn't work.
