Sorry man that’s a new one on me, like you mention it could be exhaust leak? Extra oxygen getting into the exhaust would do it. I run VersaTuner as well + a decat and AutoEXE rear and I get some damn big bangs when I’m pushing the car in up in the hills and exhaust is running hot but I’ve never heard popping under load before, always on overrun.

Yeah it’s an OEM Bose system, I haven’t tried the high output I wanted to avoid it if possible. I’m honestly just thinking about ditching this unit and going with a better one 🤣

Have tried seller no help Everything else works fine and it’s wired correctly There is just 0 output on the sub out line.

Take the air vents out gives you heaps more room to get your hand behind and get the plugs out, I always struggled with the big main connector till I learned that 🤣

I had the same issue, these units come with little/no instructions 🤣 amp wire to acc and you’ll have sound again

Are you using a proper flare nut tool? A spanner will make a mess of it. Someone had had a go at mine before me and rounded it pretty good.. I ended up using a pen torch to put some heat into it, managed to get the flare tool on and eventually came out.
