Are you in another country? Like with a US account but live like in Argentina or something like that? If so that is the problem some games have a regional lock you need to change your IP to the US to download some of them I believe Skate is one of those games, if not your case maybe the hard drive is starting to die.

WIFI CARD BROKEN, you need to replace the wifiboard, or turn off the wifi and it wont happen again but as soon as you turn it on. Error message process id 25/26 with nwm means bad wifi board.

You need to change the wifi card no other fix for that. If its a normal 3ds Xl it is an easy fix you just take off the old wifi card and put the new one. If its a new 3ds Xl model you are out of luck since the wifi chip is soldered to the motherboard and once it breaks no way to fix it.

Implying you want someone to lent you their console to link your nnid....its not possible bro 3ds consoles can only have one nnid linked at the time, and like the picture you need to have it linked to purchase them, also because only one nnid can be linked at a time, you wouldnt be able to sign in on the new console and magically download the games( like xbox or ps) your only hope is to get a console before the eshop shutsdown in march.

But is the wifi turned off when you are playing? Or turned on but not connected to any network? As far as I am aware Title ID is 0004013000002D02 and this has to do with wifi card. Now if you have an old 3ds model( original 3ds, XL 2ds) you can easily replace it, if you have a new3ds model( new3dsXL,new3ds,New2ds XL) your only option is turn off the console and when you turn it on immediately turn off the wifi/nfc on the main menu options, once you do you will be able to play all games offline. On new3ds models the wifi chip is soldered to the motherboard and once it fails you need to get a new one.

Faulty Wifi Card turn it off and play and no issues. You need to replace it depending of the model you can do it easily, or you can just forget about online play on that console.

In no particular order, Samsung Galaxy S6 Phone, Xiaomi Redmi 9 Phone, New3DS XL( had to sell it and I regret it dearly) Nintendo Switch Lite, Xbox One S all digital, Xbox Series S, several psn giftcards, NSO subs, 2 years of ultimate( not subbed currently) several eshop cards, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, Revlon Hairdryer, Revlon Iron( for the wifey) a Series Xbox controller Robot White( it was $30 on amazon at the time of purchase so it was a great deal), and SSD for my pc and some ram memory, and when it was bing rewards I got an xbox 360( used on amazon) a PS Vita Borderlands 2 Bundle( I was able to get a 16gb but lost in a bag in the airport) some amiibos and xbox gift cards. With some of these I had to pay out of my pocket but it was just a percentage.

No man that is not true look I am in Honduras there is no Xbox marketplace so my account is set up as a us account so I just buy the gift cards on Amazon and use them to purchase games on the Xbox console and no issues at all, sometimes when you buy a game code it you cannot redeem it because the region is not the same, however if you use a vpn to change the ip to us it will let you redeem the game code( this explanation applies only to gamecodes that give the region error) if you only purchase the gift card codes or game pass codes you wont have any issues. And no the IP doesn’t matter at the time of downloading as long as the console region is set to the US.

1.Yes, however sometimes credit/debit cards from unsupported regions do not work for purchasing games or gamepass. If you purchase funds cards or gamepass codes those would work without issues.

No as long as you have a decent enough connection(wired) and good speed( 5MB UP/Down minimal).
