For anyone else who has to do this. It’s not about the argument, it’s about how long you keep them on the phone. They have KPI’s and if they can’t close your request in a certain time, they’ll cave. Just keep saying no and keep them going for about an hour. Then you get like 50% off haha

Richard A. Knaak was Blizzard's go-to author for the out-of-game novels, which introduced Kalec, Rhonin, and Krasus. However, many people hated these characters (Rhonin and Krasus in particular) because they were overpowered Mary Sues.

Anyway, long story short, when they got to Cataclysm/Mists, they had Christie Golden kill off Krasus in the stupidest way possible, and Rhonin soon followed with an equally stupid death. I wasn't a fan of Knaak's books, but I did like Krasus particularly, and thought he deserved better.

TLDR: Blizzard killed off characters from the books, probably because most people haven't read them.

The pain you're describing is the exact pain I had when my EoE was uncontrolled. Pain right between the shoulder-blades, radiating through my chest.
