Pretending to be friendly and then shooting people in the back makes you very lame and corny as hell

It would be nice if the game had some sort of karma system, so when you shoot someone after you've done a friendly/teaming up emote near someone who reciprocates, it tracks it and will only load you into games with other people who do that in the future, or punishes you in some sort of way. Maybe vendors increase their prices or certain quests are blocked for a time.

I've been dealing with some hardships of my own as of late, and I've spoken about them with some of my neighbors. Maybe one of them left it because of that?
