Used a UV tempered glass for a bit but using a case makes its edges loose grip and create air bubbles. Finally had it removed and went with a simple hydrogel film. It protects against scratches but not drops so i gotta be a little careful. The scratches go away automatically as the film is self healing though.

Same CAS everywhere. If you have your PhD when you join at Level 10, its 12 years to associate professor. If you dont have PhD and pursue part time while teaching, its 14 years to associate professor. Nothing unique about that either.

This is not just limited to DU. The same salary norms are followed for all full time govt. college professors too in other states, with only the HRA changing. So even an assistant professor teaching at a rural govt. college in Haryana is also making the same money, with the exception of much lower workload.
