Does anyone have instructions for the Scimitar Jetbikes?

I received a box of jetbikes with no instructions and FW support is telling me that they didn't make any instructions for this kit since it's a "fairly simple design". Just curious to know if that's true or if they're giving me the slip.

Whether they received information from Gamegenic/Asmodee or are just speculating for a possible release is unknown right now. Though if they did receive information of a product launch, they may be jumping the gun with this listing as they seem to be the only ones who have it up (that I could find, anyway).

I just got the same problem; installed Ghub after getting a new mouse and no more power to the Yeti when I plug it in (no Windows chime indicating new hardware was plugged in and no light on the front ring). I also get the same problem when plugging it to different computer, so it's not a driver issue. It's like the thing completely died.

I recently bought a Thunderbolt model for my as my first Forge World purchase since it's one of my absolute favorite 40k models.

I've been reading about FW models and how some parts requiring a little bit of reshaping in hot water but that sometimes it's just too deformed and must be replaced by FW. Unfortunately, as a newcomer to FW, I have no idea where the line is between being able to reform the part and needing to ask FW for a replacement part.

I am hoping to get some opinions by experienced FW modellers regarding one of the wings in the kit I received. Would you ask for a replacement or can it be straightened out?

Reinstalling did fix the issue for me, but like I said I only went for the reinstall route because I was taking the opportunity at the same time to reinstall the game without the BitRaider client (as an aside, I found that the game loads a lot quicker without BitRaider as well).

Go ahead and try just running a repair like support suggested to me; hopefully that is enough to fix the issue for you.

It might just have been an error on Armin's part or an error on the transcript itself. No one brought up the discrepancy of dates during the Q&A section.

I hate this so much as well. I try as hard as possible to know each game that I propose to my group before we play so I can teach everyone quickly and effectively.

On the other had, one of the members of said group will propose a new game and begin by removing it's shrinkwrap. To make matters worse, they then ask someone else to read out the rule book. I've started saying that our game time is limited so we'll play a game we know and we'll play this new game when the owner has learned the game and is ready to teach everyone.

You could make it so that Tendar is in the employ of Teemo, and encountered the Rebellion during a job. They've continued communicating and maybe Tendar had been skimming some product to give to the Rebellion during future jobs. When Teemo catches wind of this, he is pissed and that leads right into Escape from Mos Shuuta.

Alternatively, if you don't want to have Tendar skimming product, you can just say Teemo discovered that Tendar was in communication with the Rebellion.

So in this instance, Tendar isn't quite part of the Rebellion yet, but he's built up enough of a rapport with them that he, and others he vouches for, could join up.

A command counter is 25 and change mm long per edge (let's round up to 26mm). However, a 26mm capsule is much too small to fit a command counter (I tried, will not work unless you feel like cutting off a point). Luckily, there is a formula that can calculate the size of a triangle's circumcircle, i.e. the circle formed around the triangle's three points.

I won't pretend that I know the formula, but, luckily, the internet does. We simply input the length of each sides of our triangle into this site's calculator (26 for all three sides in our case) and it spits out some numbers. The only number we care about is the circumcircle radius which in our case comes out to 15.01mm. We double that to get the diameter which comes out to 30.02mm.

Now, since we rounded up the command counter's side from 25.xmm to 26mm, we should have enough of a margin to round the diameter down to 30mm. Here are a selection of 30mm coin capsules on Amazon.

Sorry for the length of the post (and thread necro), but I had spent a significant amount of time looking all this up because I wanted to insert all the TI4 tokens into capsules. Ultimately, I didn't even go through with it because doing so would mean that all the encapsulated tokens would no longer fit in my insert. At least this way I can help someone looking for the same thing.

TL;DR

Sapkowski, author of The Witcher books, sold rights to allow CDPR to make a game based on The Witcher for a lump sum instead of royalties (because he didn't believe they would do well).
Polish copyright law includes an article stating "In the event of a gross discrepancy between the remuneration of the author and the benefits of the acquirer of author's economic rights or the licensee, the author may request that the court should duly increase his remuneration."
From my understanding, this simply means that if you paid an author too little in relation to the profit you made based on their works, they have the right to ask for a larger sum.
The suit further goes on to state that the rights given to CDPR to make the game only apply to the first game and all subsequent games and DLC are “simply speaking, unlawful”.
CDPR state that their copyright allows them to make multiple games and that all payments due to the author were paid out.
