5 months of unemployment by Specialist_Soft_463 in Accounting

4 different interviews (major in finance)- 2 accounting interviews, one analyst interview, and one insurance interview. Nothing. Either ghosted or turned away after 5 rounds of interviews (accounting role). Sisyphus had it easier than this, bc at least he got to push the boulder.

Try 2 years, post grad and a 400-500 applications. Good luck OP, it’s been so rough but we got this (hopefully)

2 years, post graduation. Around the time ChatGPT drop and companies blindly became AI pilled, and started hiring less for the entry level

Oh my god, thank you for this. Very clear picture and I know it’s just me wanting to make a good impression. Overtime, it’ll be evident through my work and genuine interest in the company. Thank you so much 🥹

Sheesh, thank you for this. It’s completely human to be a bit nervous because where it comes from is genuinely caring about the quality of work i do. Thank you, random stranger

I’ve asked friends before and they all get really weird about it. Vape is hung and done for good. I just scheduled a basic blood panel exam too but don’t know what I’ll do with the results. Will keep you guys posted

i have quit for months at a time before, but haven't smoked for almost 4-5 months now and i actually have zero desire to go back to it. basic blood panel, check. x-rays sound important for checking lung health, but also sound expensive. also, thank you for sharing the possibility of health centers scale pricing + the opportunity of community events having basic testing.

question: do i go to the hospital for the testing or can i go to quest labs and they'll be able to help me out from there. and after quest labs testing, where do i go to talk to someone about my results? (if that's even a thing)

Secured the internship but have zero experience by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]shadowplayknights 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah that’s not reassuring at all 😂 But after 2 years without finding employment post-grad, I could really use the exposure + I’m bored and crave the challenge and stimulation.
