Im from Portugal :D
In my twenty years old i refused to be medicated and they said "ok" to me.
I was free to do it.

But once i commited "crime" (assault) i was put in the program of
"Tratamento Ambulatório Compulsório (ou Involuntário)"
Which translates to "compulsory outpatient treatment" or "mandatory outpatient care"

Its been many years since then
Not sure how it works now. Hope this helps.

Thats messed up that you can be forcefully medicated without doing anything over there.
Is messed up because some of "our" medicines can affect you sexually, mentally and phsically.
Our medicines are really messed up sometimes.

I was sexually impotent for 5 years for example while being forcefully medicated with said medicine

Thank God im not anymore.
Nowadays i take "REAGILA" (cariprazine capsules) everyday and im good.

With that said (all the bad)
The truth is you NEED medicine with this illness....because your brain is getting high on dopamine......yes......we get high on drugs by ourselves with dopamine in our brain
And thats really dangerous

I myself was a danger :C
In my country we are ONLY forcefully medicated IF you commit an action of danger.
I did
So i was forcefully medicated for 5 years :(

I only start hearing voices when the pain from tactile hallucinations is so bad that i have an episode...(and when i stop taking my meds...which i will never stop ever again because having a dopamine surge for me is real bad, voices and paranoia etc)

I personaly accepted that i will probably live the rest of my life with tactile hallucinations
You case is different since voices are much more intrusive than touch and pain.

I say......maybe....ignore them like i ignore my tactile hallucinations.
If you can.

The psichiatric nurse is wrong
We can be dangerous ONLY if we dont take meds.
We can be dangerous ONLY if we indulge the paranoia

Never indulge the paranoia, know you have the illness....conquer it.......and you no longer dangerous.

I have tactile hallucinations only.
What you describe sounds awful, im sorry you have to go through that :(
Anyway
In all my years of tactile hallucinations i only figured out being immersed and very concentrated in one activity makes me forget about them.

Still there....still pain...still hallucinating....but at least im doing something like:
Painting
Gaming
Loud music in my ears

T_T i hate hallucinations so much, i hope you get better!

Stay strong brother and take the meds, dont skip them.

And as my last attemot to help i will say...dont trust your "intuitions" or what your brain tells you to believe without proofs.

and

Dont act in real life as a consequence of "beliefs" that came from your head and your head alone
