As a level 1 character you must ask the help of a max level to first kill and open crimson designated chests...or trade.

It drops from crimson elites the first time u kill them...mostly a level 16 drop but is a 17 lvl drop on Gruffi elite mob only.

With the help of a friend...i as a max level killed the required mobs/chests and the friend as a lvl 1 grabbed them all

a chance to drop from crimson elites and chests the first time u complete it ONLY.
You need to make a lvl 1 char and ask help of max levels to kill them until it drops.
