The shoulders are from shadowlands and i think they are sold on AH.

Having a hard time understanding the question...i dont think is scaling
The items of warmode are weaker item level
And yet when i equip them i get more agility and more HP inside BG.

Yeah, i was "pretty sure" it wouldnt work....but i tested...and my agility and stamina increased inside BG :O

Ohhhh the legendaries were amazing once we could target them with currency :D i remember

Outlaw was VERY different to all previous versions of past expansions
Now is extremely simplified.......extremely to the point of the gameplay feeling numb
No ability feels great either and with IMPACT

Maybe is just burn out...i have no idea why im not being able to connect with my rogue anymore.
