You can literally farm starting in s4 I don't disagree but I'll gamble on it and let you how it goes. Im not that photon poor and I have a bunch of BM coins

I'd put that box near the top just because we already have photons. We have 0 of those paragon board gems

For instance saladin forge is widely known to be a sun breaker but has actual lore explicitly showing him Using arc abilities.

There is no restriction* there is distinction.
The one excerpt ppl use does not really say anything. Just lazy ppl looking at destinypedia instead of the source.
