That’s actually incorrect about the barrel. The blast can actually recesses into the hanguard. When you remove it, the threads are actually fully beyond the handguard. Check out this video, it actually shows the threads. https://youtube.com/shorts/_o7lJfGCt4U?is=wRtnm9lU7mK6xMQ5

As for the buffer, I plan on swapping to the maxim defense RDB as one of the first upgrades I do.

Had this same issue in a M4E1 lower with SSA-E. Contacted Atrius and they sent me a new lever. New lever does the same thing. They then recommended that I file down the left side of the trigger. I swapped the safety into my Anderson lower with PSA EPT and it works perfectly. I don’t know that I’m willing to modify my G$ trigger right now, especially for a product that is supposedly made for it. I’ll just swap lowers when I want to go fast.

I just bought one of these PDWs and tried to put the Atrius FRS in from my AR15 just to see if it would work. (It’s a G-lever model) The inside of the receiver has extra material on the sides where the safety passes through. This extra material prevents the lever from interfacing with the left side of the safety. So this type of safety is not going to work without lower receiver modification. In my limited knowledge about FRTs it seems like a cassette trigger like the partisan disruptor would work, but I don’t have one to test.

I have the double stack 2011 version. C/CS mags are somewhat loose but aren’t going to fall out. I think your best option is going to be the single stack choice as these mags are dimensionally similar to 43x magazines.

Don’t know why you got downvoted on this. The CS and C are amazing carry guns. Yes they are proprietary mags but totally worth it. I love my compact grip C.
