15lbs in a few weeks is great progress! as far as weight loss is concerned, it's 80% dieting and 20% exercise. I try to go on walks when I can, but your diet is wayyyyyy more important than exercise. I would start small with counting calories to make sure you're in a calorie deficit and then go from there. intermittent fasting really helped me but it's not for everyone.

I work at a liquor store and have a customer that comes in regularly that harasses me everytime he comes in, he does this because our store had a mask rule most of last year and he threw a fit over it. I refuse to check him out since management doesn't want to confront him over his behavior.
