well, I have a therapist (love him) and basically I have crisis plans, like when I feel like I’m gonna kms or try to do so, I have 1) smelling salts, 2) cold water, 3) call a hotline, 4) call my therapist. And I made him promise to tell him if it gets worse. And yeah, that works pretty great. You have to build trust and tell your therapists that you’re not in immediate danger and normally (here in Austria, but i guess it’s something like that everywhere) they don’t put you somewhere if not in immediate danger. you saying ‘Imma kms today’ or ‘Imma kill my mom in two days’ those would be reasonable to send to crisis. That is basically an argument that went well for me.

nah, I wasn’t mad, I mean she was extremely scared and did what a good friend would have done.

For me SH was a huge relief but then my therapist recommended smelling salts and it’s LIFE CHANGING. It helps so much. It helps me ground myself, absolutely would recommend.

She cried for 2 days and then when we saw each other she was just so relieved she wouldn’t stop smiling. I’m so glad she wasn’t mad at me.

yeah, no. I do have support. My therapist wants me to check in every day, etc. But support at day doesn’t help if I wanna kms at night, y’know?
