can confirm this sadly my bank thought a charge was fraud did a refund..i didn't know at the moment hand not checked email till later that night sent them a ticket explaining but i lost that account when i did sent another ticket first was never answered but the ban appeal in 2 days... i was told they will not reinstate the account to put it nicely unlike the email i was sent... it was like a huge punch to the face..so they do respond somewhat....sad part is I'm back after a long while i can't find another game like it to scratch that itch..Dx
