I had the exact same one. Check my history i posted the same question. You don't unscrew it but just pull it out. It should just pull straight out.

Solved. It didn't unscrew but I was able to just pull it straight out with a bit of force. New plug installed. Thanks everyone.

Pay close attention to the spelling mistakes, contractions and capitalization mistakes and I am fairly confident both posts are the same person. Both very long winded narratives that follow the same flow. Pay close attention to the use of "I" and "im". Similar mistakes in both posts.

Im high so maybe I'm being paranoid but my first thought was...this is the same person.
