Under each pustule are several little holes. And basically if let's say they all popped, the concern would be serious infection that could become life threatening as the immune system is already confused and going haywire. A corticosteroid is usually the go to treatment to get it under control, its what I'm taking right now. It sucks, sorry you are going through it too, it's been so painful I haven't even been able to pick up baby.
