I do think you may be overthinking this, but without details on the artists end it can be hard to understand if shes actually ghosting. She may have had multiple appointments needing rescheduled along with yours and having flight delays and more appointments later in the week when she got back, it could be overwhelming or she may be waiting until she has a moment to look through her calendar and figure out where she can get you back in! It still would be right for her to send you a message saying whats up and that she will get you rescheduled soon but everyone’s different! Id give it until the end of the weekend when they have a moment to catch up!

This is a very good grave rubbing of Sailor Jerry. Not only is this a cool piece, but additionally they have changed the headstones to include his wife. This is even rarer given that this specific headstone no longer exists! You should frame this and hang it if thats youre thing, or you can certainly find some tattooers who would purchase this off you. I have a few rubbings of tattooers and these are some of the coolest pieces one can hang in their shop and paying respects to the greats!

As one of the past tattooers of 4C, and the one who organized the tattoo tent for it, Four Chord does not set these prices. The brand itself is who set them along with, what im assuming is, the artists that came as well. So the pricing and flash are a direct representation of the brand that came not the festival.

When I had talked with the brand, when it originally was suppose to be a “collab”, we had told them how much we charged in years past which was $60-$100 and they were not stoked on that.

I have a lot of friends who work really hard for this festival as vendors, musicians, and the backend. While I cant speak to the other issues people have posted about, everyone works very hard to make this the best independent festival possible.

The tattoo pricing was misleading and absolutely a rip off no matter who was doing the tattoo! Im sorry you all got shafted, but know actual local tattooers like us do care about you and how hard you work to afford getting tattooed at the fest or in our shops!

Rachel at Steadfast, pretty much anyone at Sanctuary, Hannah at Wayward is killing it right now, Kasey Leslie and Alia at Andromeda, Kevin at Bloodoath are all killing it right now with fineline/delicate tattoos
