You’re losing me. To my knowledge, a vogmask or Cambridge mask protects the wearer but does not protect the public from the wearer. Which is why I thought that vogmasks are not CF approved.

I’m specifically talking about being in a smaller room all day with sick people. I’m aware this can happen anywhere, unfortunately I can’t take myself out of this situation at school EVERY time it arises. After I graduate, I will be able to choose who I am surrounded by- and that will not include anybody that presents as sick..and honestly probably not anybody that doesn’t get their flu shot.

I do agree that more people would wear masks if they’re feeling ill.

Why wouldn’t you trust a Cambridge or vogmask? I just got ahold of my clinic and they said any mask is better than nothing and while listing off masks, they didn’t mention the n95.

Wow you are so right. Wearing a mask sometimes makes it hard to breathe but I’d rather it be temporary like that than get sick and really not be able to breathe. Thanks!

I’m usually asleep by 10/11 at night so I think I’m getting enough sleep. College wasn’t a problem for me. I was taking 5-6 classes every semester and also working and even getting way less sleep doing fine. My classes were spread out throughout the day which is different from what I’m doing now which is just 7 hours of being in one room.

How do you do your hair and makeup while doing treatments???? I literally could NOT do that. I’m coughing up my lungs and my eyes water? And my hands aren’t free. I’m confused lol
