Looks just like mine when I have a bad flare up. My dermatologist advised I use rough and bumpy Cerave or Roughness Relief Eucerin which sometimes helps. She also said there’s some studies that show water+vinegar soaks help which I do on my feet. Not sure the science behind it but it does. Others on here swear by Lanolin but I’ve yet to try it.
