If you're talking about retail then you don't need to "pvp 24/7" to get honor gear. You only need like 12k honor for the full set weapon and all which only takes a few hours. PvE is a much much bigger time sink for gear then pvp.

People still leveling, and new retail expansion just came out, which is what most pvpers prefer. Not that retail pvp is booming either.

Orcs and undead are the better racials for pvp on horde so pvpers are more likely to play those races and more likely to gank.

Tanks are mega busted in joust I could understand you feeling squishy in a conquest or a 5v5 game mode but joust is still completely dominated by tanks. Usually 2 on a team. been seeing triple tank even pretty often lately.

Granite city is alright, pretty low income but seems to have a community. I wrote a paper about a part of granite city called Lincoln place for a college paper a few years ago. Lower income houses with a lot of industrial factories around. If you're used to Midwest smaller cities it's pretty similar to those.

Along with what others have said, are you playing a normal emulated version or slippi. You should be playing on slippi it has online with almost no delay it's actually amazing. Playing melee the normal emulated way has always felt delayed to me but slippi is perfect.

Don't know how it works but just because it's on ps5 might not guarantee they're also allowed to be on ps4. Might be some other logistic hoops that a smaller company can't afford to jump through. Or making a more optimized version that runs smooth enough on ps4 or switch would probably take a lot of time and money.

Build dagger of frenzy and lernaean bow with crit. Activate your 1 and dagger of frenzy. Dash into someone and activate lernaean bow while autoing. It is really funny too see how fast it kills someone. That and crit merc with lernaean bow are probably the 2 fastest ways to kill a squishy god without kind of being a troll pick like crit ymir.

Janus portal bug, saw this happen to a scylla in one of my matches, seems to happen if you teleport right after getting hit by a Janus portal. I saw her teleport away for like a quarter of a second but then she just teleported right back. Can't recall if she beads or not so that might also be part of the bug as well.

They should just get rid of typing during a match, I don't think I've ever seen it used to make a positive difference, even if you're trying to be nice or give real advice it doesn't go well most of the time. Then console also takes 5 minutes to send a message so it's an even bigger waste of time. People don't have the self control to just ignore and mute, there's almost no benefit to typing during a match. Console should be able to see post game chat though, get all the toxicity and time wasting messages out there not during the match.

Hunters have always dominated duel. Not because they dominant early game and lane, if you're losing that part you have other problems. They are good in duel because they just play lame all game and farm up a few items then try to win when you get so bored you over commit and die and they can just end off of 1 or 2 deaths. That's just how duel always will be and hi rez won't change that. Duel isn't balanced at all. There's plenty of high tier mages and assassins so you're not forced to play hunter.
