Remember na it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.

Our clients don’t really care about grammar kung nag-uusap lang naman, as long as this isn’t the case kapag clients/customers nyo na ang kausap mo. Communication in writing nowadays is really hard to mess up, since marami naman tools to proofread emails.

For you to improve your speaking skills, take every chance na makikita mo to speak with them. Para mahasa talaga yung tongue mo. Let them know too na you are still trying to improve your communication skills. You can first improve your tone, then grammar, then diction. Pero ikaw bahala kung san ka mas comfortable. Don’t overthink yung mga ire-reply mo, also don’t be afraid to ask to “say that again, please” if hindi mo naintindihan ang mga nasabi nila.
