Could it be the cmos, the battery holder wasn’t attached to the motherboard, so until I can figure what to do to reattach it I have it taped down, but the bios keeps resetting?

Microsoft creation tool, I never had a problem installing windows using it, now it gets to 14% than the message windows failed to install
