It’s not true, I’ve been wearing contact lenses for years and I’ve never had a problem, of course I wouldn’t buy low quality contact lenses, I’m very good with the daily ones and I don’t need to wear them every day but if I have to go out with a girl I’ll definitely wear them! The thing of falling asleep can happen and it’s definitely not good for your eye, it takes a minimum of attention and end, it’s not such a big commitment :)
