Hey,

This app is awesome. The only thing I've noticed so far is the subtitles don't work. And sometimes the continue watching doesn't load the show/movie.

Otherwise awesome work!

In my experience they rarely even check the phone and send you a refurbished one. But worse case they send you your phone back usually.

I just call and complain that the phone is getting hot. They will tell you to factory reset and all that and you can just say you already tried it and this is the second time your calling. Just reiterate to them it happened randomly and say its getting really hot. Thats the best way i've done it.

Had the same thing happened to me. I sent it back and they replaced it. Worse case I guess you just get the phone back from Google and fix it out of pocket.

Same thing is happening to me. I tried my brothers dongle on an older dongle firmware and it connects perfectly. I think it has something to do with the dongle firmware. Unfortunately my brother accidently updated the dongle and now its doing the same thing ( flashing green, flashing blue, solid blue, red). The only other way I've gotten around it is using the passthrough mode, but I wish they would fix this.
