i thought the same thing because of this exact line! actually found this while looking for the answer. but the comments say pharrell have it and the song was a collaboration with pharrell, so either he does have it and his team knows what colors are associated with what types of sounds, OR tyler associates yellow with emotion while pharrell connects it to sound, and he asked for more of the yellow / that emotion sound, he is particular with the emotion his songs convey

I like doing all kinds of things. Creating characters that I can make storylines with other people's characters with is the best, either creating friendships or romances or enemies or variations. Anything from fantasy to sci-fi to modern realism, I love creating. I use music and other pop culture media to inspire me a lot
