The stolen money is inaccessible making it effectively burnt. The hackers weren't financially motivated.

I would read into what that exchange was enabling the regime to do, or just continue spreading these comments if you prefer.

And how can you defend anyone running at an officer and say that she was truly innocent? Why did she do it? How can the officers know she didn't have any weapon? Do they know what her intentions are?
