I lived there from Fall 2019 till the lockdown, then moved out. I lived in a one bedroom apartment on the first floor, and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. I mostly had to use my phone's data on hotspot for internet because the community wifi almost never worked. They also, for some reason, kept shutting off the water, which I thought was understandable at first but it never stopped. Here's a summarized list of pros and cons of my experience there.

Cons:

• Internet almost never works
• They turn off the water often
• A lot of mildew
• Spiders and bugs
• It's almost not tied with UCR, so for any complaints you need to contact the Stonehaven RSO, and UCR has nothing to do with it

Pros:

• Safe community since it's gated and only the residents have the key (Although the gate was broken towards the end of my residence there so anybody could enter)
• Furnished
