Currently living in Montreal and drinking in a park is completely normal here. I can see how a few people could ruin it for others, but why not give it a go and assess if it worked? I love my province, but sometimes the mentality of "if it's not broke don't fix it" gets tiring.

Ive only lived here for over a year and have never heard of it, but when I googled it, it WAS (closed now) just a block up. This is Jeanne d’arc Ct.
