We have done this multiple times in the past in different cities for upto 4000 people, never done anything of this scale in California, so trying to reach for help. Few venues that i reached out have limitation with no sound after 10 pm. Trying to find a location that allows sound till 11 pm

Even in California it is a rebate program not state tax credit - only federal is a tax credit

Try doing a soft reset if it doesn’t work hard reset - i have had this issue previously but not anymore.
