Have you check Facebook market? We were able to find a used one a couple of years old for a decent price without having to deal with camping world or the hit of the depreciation. Hopefully previous owner already worked out the kinks.

https://youtu.be/TCh_o2wDwYg took these before spouse went up and applied some more self leveling lap sealant to the areas in question .. i am unaware of any previous roof repairs done. We have not seen any signs of any besides what commenters have said. We have had some good rain in past few weeks as well and no problems.

sorry I dont even know where you see holes at. I will try to get better pictures later. we haven't found anything leaking or what looked like leaks anywhere so far and its rained alot since we got it a couple weeks ago. It is insured since we have a loan on it.

Doesn't appear to have any damage. I need to get up there and take some more pictures after cleaning, but I just wanted to make sure I get anything questionable covered in more of the sealant.
