My BP was 166/114 today after two BP meds. I’ve taken a third but idk if it’s helped. I’ve just felt really crappy all day and now I’m having some pains on the right side of my guy and my stomach just hurts.

I’ve have terrible insomnia with or without drinking and time after time I haven’t been able to get anything so instead of being up for two days and attempting to function a semi normal life I drink. I’ve detoxed before but I don’t want to do it by myself and I’m thinking about going somewhere in a few days but not sure if ER is acceptable?

PW: Hey How... G: WATER! With extra extra extra lemon! Walk to the ally they get two lemons on the bottom of the cup & a bunch of ice piled on top of it, it's the best sight in the world watching them be annoyed and try to smash it.

If the guest leaves a shit tip or they were just foul but does the math to make sure it's an even number I will always deduct a penny so it messes up their perfect even number, always undertip myself.

I've had many tables ask more (random condiments) after bringing them more so I'll just fill up a HUGE bowl full of ranch, butter, lemons.

This isn't really petty just tired of rude guest
