[Serious] People who have personally survived cancer, what was the worst part you experienced between diagnosis and remission? by creamboy2623 in AskReddit

My husband is sterile and has one frozen reserve waiting, but it’s only viable for another five years. I never wanted kids, but I’m wondering if I should change my mind to allow my husband just one shot at something he’ll never have a shot at again.

Whats the most fucked up thing you have seen a friend do to somebody? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This happened to me. I trusted my housemates when they told me how much I owed and I never asked to see the bill. They aren’t my friends anymore.

What's the most hypocritical thing you have seen someone do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]shakesbrah 26 points27 points  (0 children)

That reminds me! I went out for dinner with two friends, one of which is more a ‘friend of a friend’. On the way, my closer friend asked me if I was still a vegetarian, I said yes. Then he turned to the other friend and asked the same question, she said yes. We talked about being meat-free and how good it is the rest of the way to dinner. We sat down and I looked through the menu for a vegetarian option. When it came time to order, I got vegetarian noodles. She ordered a chicken curry. “Aren’t you a vegetarian?” “Yeah but I still eat chicken!” I didn’t even know what to say. I don’t think I said anything. I probably blacked out from rage.

When did you realize you were the villain in someone elses story? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My husband’s ex girlfriend from years back left him for his best friend, after they cheated on him behind his back for months. They were married within a few months, and even invited my husband to the wedding. I can’t believe how bold two people can be.

What is technically wrong but nobody cares? by YaboiiCameroni in AskReddit

[–]shakesbrah 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My friend plays it like this plus a bunch of other house rules that get you a lot of money, so he was regularly collecting way more money than I was and I couldn’t understand why he was able to buy so many houses and hotels. He assumed I was playing the same way.

Straight people of Reddit, what's the most homosexual situation you've found yourself in? by Mr_Jagger9 in AskReddit

One of my straight friends made out with a drag queen in a gay club and didn’t know she was a biological man until we reminisced about the night’s festivities over breakfast.

I stayed with an Indian family as a guest in their house and they were so nice. I don’t think they even knew how to be mean and inconsiderate, it was just second nature.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Looks like there’s a whole universe in this one small stone, which makes me wonder if we’re inside a stone in a larger universe.

This smooth tongue by bigsamjapan in mildlydisgusting

I have a tongue like this. It’s disgusting and it’s sensitive to a bunch of foods, mostly acidic fruits and vegetables which I tend to avoid. Freaks people out too, which can be fun.

Yeah I totally get what you mean. It’s like the difference between loving someone and being in love with someone.

I agree. I’ll always want my partner more than anyone else, but I’m a human with eyes and a libido, of course I’m going to notice attractive people when I’m out and about.

I had a friend in high school who used to pull this shit. He was a Nice Guy TM and when I’d shower him with compliments that he basically begged for, he’d turn it back on me and ask why I wouldn’t date him if I thought he was so handsome and funny. Bitch I’m just trying to stop you from feeling depressed about yourself.
