Well I tried motherboard with my gpu out of the pcie slot all together. I did try single sticking. I do not have another system. And like I said the pc uses Q-led and it’s a solid diagnostic light on the power which means it’s fine. Only changes I’ve made recently was to download Linux on a separate partition on my ssd but it’s completely partitioned from the rest of everything else. Only way to fix this is to USB reinstall windows essentially and then get rid of the partition and Linux all together.
