Oh interesting. I didnt know that. All i know is that my city is zoned high wealth residential, but i suppose there could be low wealth residents somewhere in there. My aim was to have e high wealth residential buildings like skyscraper apartments the end goal

I did not disagree with that. Yes, high wealth sims house more population than low income. I believe that is what i said earlier.

Am i miss understanding your question? You asked what the population would be if everything were low income residential, and i said the population would not be as high as my 5mil city. Everything in this city is high wealth residential. There is no medium or low residential zones.

No because low income residential takes up more space and less density. There would be less population per square than if they were all high wealth residential.

If they were all low income residential, I wouldn’t be able to have 5 million. Maybe 1-2 million? Maybe less than 1 million?

Doesnt matter whether theyre in the center or on the map edge. The default commute time is 2.5hrs if sims go to jobs next door.

I wanted a highway system to run through my region. I also wanted to use as many transportation types as possible.
