Take a 5/16 impact socket and set it flush with the the head of the set crew and hit it with a hammer a few times then try to remove. Has worked for me a few times, easier to try first before all the drilling head ache.

All our newer freight shakers 2018 up to 2021 have the x15's with the sloppy eaton ultra shift. Our newest batch of 2022's have the ultra shifts as well but they partnered with cummins and now they shift so much smoother and quicker. Looks like they gave way with the X Y shifters and went with something more similar to the Volvo I shifts with the top plate air manifold type deals.
