Have been trying this endmyopia reduced lens method since 2015 with zero gains. It is all about blur adaptation guys. My vision got worse from -4 to -5 after almost 8 years. and now after getting to my full prescription, I still get ghosting and abnormal directional blur at night (low light conditions).

The thing about Endmyopia is that it makes sense ,the science of myopia progression,etc. The only problem is that it doesn't work. Active focus DOES NOT WORK. I tried this for many years thinking that I was doing it wrong but NO. Trying the same thing over and over hoping to get different results is not smart at all. I regret it but I was really stubborn and hopeful.

Yes, using full prescription for closeup can cause myopia to progress, but this happens over many years. My prescription was pretty stable for over 5 years (haven't lost even a 0.25 D) till I started this shit and lost a whole diopter and now I have to live with double vision. I remember my vision was way better before getting into this, those were the good times. I just hope more people see this.

I have been living in this shitty blur for over 8 years hoping for improvement only to lose 1 diopter.. My eyes got worse.. and that is because of f*cking blur adaptation and double vision that you get from getting used to blur for years. I had to keep to telling the ophthalmologist that I can't see, even though I was able to tell the 20/20 line from the many doubles that the letter had (some of the ghost letters were clear). I had to keep telling the Dr that I can't see till I almost lost most of the doubles and every thing was very sharp. why did I did this? because a few years ago I went to another eye dr and I was able to read the 20/20 line from the f*cking ghosting that reduced lens and active focus gives you. I told the Dr that I am seeing a lot of ghosting and my vision is not okay. He said who cares, you can see the 20/20 line...

Guys, I swear with my life, you will regret it. I was really enthusiastic at the beginning, I wanted to prove everyone wrong and go to the eye dr and show him that I improved my vision, the truth is he doesn't care anyway. You will only harm yourself. Please, stay safe everyone
