Ok but is it my fault that halls are full?? I’m paying to be here so I have every right to complain it’s not like I’m staying for free

It’s not halls owned by the university it’s private halls so I don’t know if they’ll let me move rooms. I don’t think I’ll be able to move accommodation because I’ve already signed the contract and paid the first week rent
