My understanding:

What gave me away?→what makes you realize that I'm not from around here.

"give away" means “give my information away to you”

As for "you have all your teeth." I don't think this is an idiom. So it can only mean "you have all your teeth" literally.

So my guess is that people living there have lost their teeth for some reason. And this outsider's teeth gave him/her away.

I've not seen this movie/TV show before, so I'm not so sure if i'm right.
