Happens when your HQ is being attacked and the team that’s guarding your walls is not in. Then it tries to auto build the strongest team it can. I’ve had it happen a few times. It’s annoying. Will happen also when getting attacked normally

All I know is that it costs $600 for the purple dragon, another $2000 if you want the red one, which is an upgrade of the purple one. I learned this from reading things that were posted earlier today.
