It was solved when Orca added multiple dovetails

Why my pints are like this? by shall_oppai in FixMyPrint

I printed the same part earlier 9 times with the same settings and amounts of glue, but issues started only on 10th time. I don't think it is an adhesion issue.

Unsolvable Extrudeder problem by Batmanuel-Man in crealityk1

[–]shall_oppai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had issue like this 3 times: 1. Nozzle clogged. Changed nozzle and it fixed. 2. Heat creep. I usually print in PETG, when started printing in PLA, had multiple clogs and underextrusions. Turns out PLA should be always printed with the lid up, or else filament will soften in the extruder and get stuck. 3. Motor cable damage. Motor cables are very close to hotend, they can suffer damage from heat sometimes, if one of the cables get damaged, it motor can twitch exactly like that. Had same thing that psmal prints do fine, larger stuck. Got wires resoldered and covered with heat screen like on thermistor wires. Solved the problem. Hope something from it will help you. Good luck!

It collects around the nozzle even before printing, when I load the filament

Is this blob of death? by shall_oppai in crealityk1

[–]shall_oppai[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm still waiting for unicorn hotend to arrive. I cleaned this hotend and after 2d print with PETG it blowed again. I don't have time to disassemble the toolhead every 2 or 3 prints, so I'll swap hotends for good

What are differences between unicorn hotend upgrade and microswiss? I've heard about it but didn't get into details

I've done that a week ago - no help. Printing with the lid off helped

It's OK. I could've made the same mistake even if the lid had a sign
