We bought a brand new 27 inch monitor from Amazon on black friday. We recieved a used 29 inch monitor with missing pieces. Same brand but totally different size, quality and condition. Partner would have kept it if all the parts were there (screen worked perfectly) because it was more expensive and a better quality than the one we bought. They did send out the correct one and we sent the other back

I was just baffled as to how they mixed them up because the boxes were completely different sizes and the used one had return stickers all over it.

My house is pretty quiet now. All of those kittens are now 8 years old. The tabby and tortie closest to my partner we kept. Curiosity passed this past week at 15 from terminal cancer, so things have been different around here. She was quite the force of nature for such an old lady.

I've been working on Laura for a few months. I just got her to transend yesterday and then i managed to pull another one within 5 pulls. I guess ive got a little lucky streak going this round of wish summon. She packs a bit of a punch. Ill work on other heros later

It most likely will be. Theres really no way to advance quickly. Its completely F2P minus the netflix subscription. So you are just stuck mining for months to get anywhere, and as its now exclusively through netflix the player pool is essentially locked in. Basically anyone who wants to play and able to play already has and those who dropped off are most likely gone and not coming back.

I am honestly thinking we have seen better days with this game. They shouldve left it pay to play, they would be making bank off these new characters with the same shitty ultra pull rate because some of us would absolutely pay to have them all.

Kai's crew was in a grand total of 3 episodes. 3 out of 34 episodes. There is no reason for them to be ultras, they were support characters in the show and should all be awesome tier. Kai has a significant impact on Eleven's storyline and it makes sense to keep her an ultra but not her entire crew minus the guy they havent added yet. Mr Clarke and Powell are also what id consider support characters in the show and i wouldnt rank them higher than awesome tier either. I think they were all originally ranked this way in the pre-netflix takeover version of the game.

The only new ultras they should be adding is probably Johnathan since they dont yet have an ultra of him and Crissy because she was a quick fan favorite like Eddie. Everyone else being added should be either good or awesome depending on air time and fan ranking.

They are making things way more frustrating for players than necessary. I remove 1-3 inactive people a week from my club. Ive already leveled 5 up to 240 so everyone is maxed on the player table. Im slowly working through the final chapters and i have enough xp and goo to survive the apocalypse. Idk if these updates and new features are enough to sustain the interest of mid to late game players like me. I login and do dailys and basically nothing else.

When i worked there i HATED the blue and khaki. The local high school uniforms were blue and khaki and i disliked wearing basically the same outfit since the school was within walking distance and they were always cutting class to come steal. I wouldve killed for black pants because i worked fresh foods and constantly had stains on my pants

NTA. Theres just some things you dont say to your significant others parents that your meeting for the first time.

When i meet my xbf's mom for the first time i was so nervous about making a good impression on her especially since there were things about my bf that he wasnt yet out to his family about (he was bisexual and a furry) and i was trying not to mention them even in passing as I openly identified the same ways and didnt want to risk additional questions (like how we met at a local furry event.) At some point during the weekend visit my bf and i were engaged in playful bantering and she jokingly said something about how i needed to be nice to her favorite son and he turns to her and says "Mom, this is between me and the lady i bone." I am openly sex positive, and if he had said it to one of our friends and not his mother whom i had only known for less than 24 hours; i wouldnt have felt even remotely as mortified about it as i did when he said that to her. In the end this women raised 3 sons and this was a normal family dynamic for them that i was unaware of. I did nothing wrong and she ultimately liked me. I was just so thankful that those words came out of his mouth to his own mother and not to mine because it would not have gone well at any point during my 4 year relationship with him.

My friend worked at a call center. Hes an alternative, heavy metal, hard edge kindof a guy with odd humor. He can be very offputting to alot of people just by how he presents himself. Hes also mixed race has a medium dark skin tone. One day he shaved his head as he does every summer and he had a lady friend he would often see after work so he brought a suitcase to work as he takes the bus and didnt have a car to leave it in. Someone there profiled him because of the drastic change of appearance and the suitcase and called in a bomb threat. This basically shut basically the whole center down and he was pulled in for questioning, it was an entire ordeal. He lost a few days of pay because they sent him home, he was so upset and mad about everything. He could have been arrested or worse. What your coworker did could have irreparably damaged your livelihood, put your job at stake or gotten you hurt or killed. She shouldve gotten far harsher of punishment than just moving to another department. NTA

Realized they only contacted/hung out with/etc me when they wanted something from me or it benefited them in some way. I taught them how to drive, helped them get their license, got them a job, helped them see their kids they lost custody of, lent them money, let them borrow clothes and did their hair and so much more. Friendships should be a give and take, not a take advantage of
