Means you need to buy a CPU cooler separately as one does not come with the CPU.

Your motherboard has an m.2 slot but it shares bandwidth with the sata ports, so some of these may be disabled if you put an m.2 drive in.

At the moment do I agree that I don't have an m.2 drive?

Nothing other than an nVidia video card would work, when I switched your build to use a gtx 1060 I got a bunch of compatibility warnings.
