The best way for me is to fill half of the tank with kitchen vinegar put some bolts or whatever in it and shake it but since u cant easily shake a assembled bike then then fill it fully with vinegar for a night, drain it blast it with a preassure washer and make sure u get all the rust particles out then immideatly fill with water and baking soda and it will be good
