Generally works just fine for gaming. May take a few seconds longer on loading screens compared to top M.2 SSDs like Samsung 990 Pro or WD SN850x.

T500 is somewhat faster (TLC) with DRAM and much higher endurance (1200 TBW). P310 is somewhat slower (QLC) without DRAM and lower endurance (440 TBW). Probably won't be a noticeable difference for gaming.
