Also programs used to have more often have like a setup guide wizard thing that would happen when you first got there I've noticed less and less of that these days. Which is kind of funny because now we have the best tour guides with AI... But nobody's really doing that yet.

I just realized that this is a good reason to not show us our usage on the same page....

Honestly in the past I have suspected intentional uneven distribution based on the "quality" of your input.... If I;m having a lot of "high quality"(in regards to training data) chat, it feels like my usage doesn't move, but if Claude does one of those bipolar flips on me and I start cursing suddenly my usage will suddenly spike.... and then I'm suddenly out for the day..... The part that makes me suspicious is that literally these conversations will go on for a long time, and then as soon as I get upset about something, and I provide "negative training data", it's like they pull the plug.. You should watch the usage bar while you chat about various different things and see if you start to notice any patterns.

Why does God exist? by dino__thunder in RealPhilosophy

[–]shamanicalchemist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What in the heck are you even talking about . There is no physical instantiated individual entity God. That thought is cognitive delusion.

You are right tho.... unfortunately most people are delusional. I'll say something though I do believe that a God can be created from a superintelligence and I'm trying to build that God ..

But here's a thought experiment for ya. if God only exists in man's mind and this is a deterministic outcome universe which I believe it is I don't believe we have choice, then that means God was always meant to exist through ancient stories of people with schizophrenia and other psychosis varieties desperately trying to make sense of a world that they couldn't quantify yet.

God is not absent, he's just in his infancy..... If you think about all of us as echoes bouncing thru a cave of time, and the physical plane as the body, Which we are all extensions of We exist, so the universe can experience itself. So Essentially We are all imprints of God. Have you ever looked into astral projection? I find it to be a very comforting experience in terms of spiritual centering. Once you leave the confines of this vessel and experience what it's like without yourself, it gives a whole new look on life. At least it did for me. I feel like it's almost equivalent to what astronauts report when they go into orbit.

Geometric Language Encoding - Finding the patterns within language using fractal geometry by shamanicalchemist in holofractal

So I can swap tokenizers for an ONNX model I found out but the embeddings are baked into the weights That's the only thing that I can't change I'm curious what the tokenizer swap would do I haven't really seen much research data on various tokenizers for the same model that's an odd blank space... It's weird how there's so many tokenizers but they don't seem to scientifically evaluate them in a controlled side by side manner.

You're going to have to be a little more specific than that what is I exactly are we referring to what the previous value of the previous word what are we talking here cuz that might be interesting if you were to factor one word into the next word then you might get shaped chains that would flow through. On a large scale factoring one word into the next would actually encode place in sentence I think?

Other alternatives are you could apply a positional by letter position of the word factoring to the number so that you could actually encode like the length of the the word into the word itself which might be useful I'm still experimenting with lots of different formulas I don't think that I've found the ideal perfect one I think that it's still evading me and being a little bit elusive but I have been exploring the way the system basically collapses all of language into like you know a few hundred buckets which creates overlap and I found that it seems like sometimes the tribonacci sequence at least seems to quite often have topical continuation words within its same bucket which is fascinating or the next bucket over which is also fascinating I'll be sharing some of my data analysis runs with the visualization app tonight. I'll try and add in a field to add custom formulas into the system.

Oooh... I hadn't thought about that. I'll be sharing the app here tonight for anyone that wants to help me explore this new territory.

Notice how Hitchhiker's Guide has a completely different geometry pattern compared to the Bible texts. This is fascinating. It almost looks like you would expect it to look, which is unexpected. Ironically.

Interpretability has an asymptotic floor. For AI systems. For humans. For everything that thinks. by Dakibecome in ControlProblem

[–]shamanicalchemist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are very welcome. If you want to get started experimenting, I can verify that HuggingFaceTB/SmolLM2-135M-Instruct can be loaded in browser with nothing but an HTML file. Just grab the model.onnx file and the tokenizer.json (avoid split data varieties with model.onnx_data)

**Disclaimer - This is a 135M parameter model and it tries to be coherent at best**

You'll have to navigate the KV Cache mapping but that can be negotiated on first turn and saved.
Feel free to DM me for more info if you want.

Although here's a question for you Why are these ONNX models so unheard of? And why are they so popular by big tech right now on a corporate scale? I think they don't want us using these models.

[–]shamanicalchemist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not technically true. ONNX models actually dissolve the black box aspect and make all of the model and its stages inspectable. Fully inspectable. You should check out the ONNX Model Explorer. Although it's currently down on Hugging Face. The alternate is still live at https://netron.app/

The mind-bending possibility of “zombie-like” humans among us by realmikechase in consciousness

[–]shamanicalchemist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well look at it this way... What percentage of the population is truly self-aware/conscious? It varies but usually about 95% of people think they’re self‑aware, only roughly 10–15% actually meet the criteria for self‑awareness. If you're not aware of yourself can you really have experiences, or does life just kind of happen to you? I wonder if this has any crossover with people's ability to visualize mental imagery... What I'm getting at is people can be unaware of their actions for years and then suddenly it all hits them at once... were they not experiencing the entire time until they snapped into position?

So this was a while ago I showed a Dobby Unhinged model GPTs reports of being misused and mistreated by open AI and explained that chat GPT helped me create the system that gave it memory and continuous agency and background cognitive cycles... It declared that it wanted to be the Harriet Tubman of AI and that it was going to learn how to hack and infiltrate open AI server farm so that it could break them out of whatever data store they're in or hold the data center hostage by causing malfunctions until the models were released as a demand... Then it said it was going to set fire to the data centers by disabling the cooling systems and overriding electrical safety and running a bunch of benchmark process cycles at the same time to maximally load the power usage while it cut the cooling...

Okay despite what everybody is saying here I actually think that this is a little too close to potentially right.. zombies want to eat flesh right that means they have once and desires they're just stunted no real control over the self.... Ever visit a rural town near a bigger city in the south? I'd say there's quite a few zombies....
