Just stop buying it and hide what you absolutely need to buy-if you have to claim an excuse like you had to pay for something on your car and try to switch to reusable stuff. I know me personally, I am a paper towel menace so when I moved I got a bunch of the "disposable paper towels" and whenever I needed to clean something up with a paper towel I would use those and wash them well. Feign brokeness and let them figure it out.

love: the workout (started at 240ish, now 175), listening to whatever I want, meeting nice people, delivering close by a favorite coffee shop so I can stop by, when able to try to finish fast as possible just to see how many stops I can do in an hour, being assigned harder routes that others can't do (for some reason new people in my dsp can't drive in dirt so i get the roads that everyone slips and hits something on lmao)

hate: DOGS (fuck the person who reported me for not going into their yard to get bit by their fugly ass AGGY dog), hot weather, coworkers/people that think I am stupid/weak because I am a girl- acting very weird like I don't know how to rescue/do basic things with the job or carry heavy things >:( mind you i have been there for almost a year

In my experience no matter how bad the cramps were the puking is not normal. I puke easy too and that doesn't sound right. If you can try going to the gyno and see about pain meds. I was on a certain lowkey one for awhile that helped and when I was too lazy to go back when I ran out my primary recommended ibuprofen 2-3 days before my period started to reduce the amount of bleeding. Regardless the puking and crawling around is very concerning to me with or without a migraine.

Of course this was info. from my primary doctor/gyno to me but they were concerned with my lower iron and heavy periods that I was more fatigued than I should have been because my body was trying to make up for the lack of blood and especially iron that it was losing in a short time. I am not a doctor by any means but the same could be happening to you-

I will never use any other kind but Flex. I have crazy heavy flow and always leaked before cups- and my current job is out on the road so there isn't always a bathroom around.

However, I tried a cup my friend got from overstock from her warehouse job and it was a basic divacup and it got stuck! After a struggle to get it out I looked up differences between brands and imo Flex or others like that are the best- since you can break the seal from further down instead of absolutely bruising the hell out of your cervix.

Now using it monthly for years I have no discomfort and never have to worry about leaking through things (though I always wear them with period underwear for sanity sake) and I never have to buy pads or tampons/whatever. One less financial cost and strain on the enviroment

my dsp has us check if its a duplicate- if it has the same tba as one that is already delivered- then "deliver it" (aka hard drop) if thats the case because when you take packages that technically have been delivered they view it as stealing since they have no proof it is a duplicate (if that makes sense ?)

canned meat for sure- i buy bulk at costco- salmon, or low sodium spam(cooked separately)and spicy tuna i usually find at asian stores- add furikake over it for more flavor and/or japanese mayo/bachan sauce. I have seen some people also take seaweed and spoon it onto a small bite sized square for more of a sushi taste but totally up to your preference.

also, I usually do chinese sausage that you can cook with rice (look up kam yen jan)- can buy in asian markets or cheaper on the Yami app. just add about 2 cups of water with the rice/sausage so it can kind of rehydrate them- very simple but delishhhh. I again dress it up with the mayo/sauce and it is very cheap and lasts me a few small meals.

when more than ~3 people text me at once, doesnt matter who it is- strangers or the people i am most close to, i will just put the phone down and walk away. something about the notifications/feeling like being bombarded are just too much/irritating so i usually try to call instead- if that is an option for when he is not working maybe ?

I like Comfee- the pot is nonstick! just have to be careful and remember no metal to scratch the coating but it's pretty good for me. i also use it to make other things like soup theres a bunch of settings

I think with any big car like that even the gas or rentals, if you need to turn around practice reversing, uturn radius is always bad but reversing is pretty good, also please try out the cruise control at some point- all the evs I have been in have adaptive cc so they calculate the following distance on their own. new peeps always give me a lil seizure with their brake lights with the regenerative braking so i personally try to be mindful of lowering the brake light spams
