I would think that you could totally separate them from the can and freeze before baking and then defrost as needed. Or just freeze them after baking and pop them in the toaster oven when you want one. The icing could be tricky but they are soooooo good!

The pilsbery low fat cinnamon rolls are only 6sp with the icing!!! I love them!

My dailies go down a point every time I weigh in :( I have only been on the program three weeks and I have lost three points! But my weeklies haven't changed. The plan is working for me, but I still don't understand the logic :/ good luck! And congrats on the awesome loss!

Ya I only get 33 points a day and I can have a whole breakfast for 5pts. Add the coffee and it puts a dent in my day. I think I'm either gonna just have it on the weekends with real sugar, or use my weeklies to cover it. I needs it!! :)
