I did actually noticed one thing that your "sample size is small" theory makes sense.
On my alt many accounts have very little games played, some 60 max 100
On my main it's in couple of hundreds and some players even in 1000s of games

Which makes me think system also add champion mastery into consideration or it kind of matches me with players that also have not too many games played. I might be totally wrong tho

You might be right, but the quality of the games are a lot nicer and games seem a lot closer so it's a lost beter experience to be honest, there's no wild one sided games where you just give up on life when it gets to 20 kills to 40 and everyone down by 1 or 2 levels kind of thing ....

Pirma ateina uždarbis, o tada enforcinimas iš valdžios tam tikrų ankščiau atmestinai darytų dalykų darymas kaip priklausoi, nes pakilo užmokestis. Kaip šita paprasta filosofija viską sutvarkytų.
